Artist Statement
My first letterpress bookwork. Its production was an inventory of observations, autobiographical details, wood engravings, and technical printing methods. Designed and printed in art school in 1980-1, this project introduced me to the world of letterpress. Printed under the short-lived imprimatur of Woodstove Press, INVENTORIES is limited to 24 numbered copies of which 6 were hardbound.
